How can I pay for a product?
We accept major credit cards and Stripe payments. More options like crypto and PayPal may be added soon.
Do you offer refunds?

Do you offer subscriptions?
Yes, we have two plans (coming soon):

Do the subscription plans include BizPacks?
No. BizPacks are premium business packages and are sold separately with full ownership rights.

Do you help with setup or installation?
Yes. Every product includes a basic setup guide. We also offer a paid Full Deployment and Support service.
Can I request customizations?
Some vendors offer customization. You can contact support or the seller directly to request changes or upgrades.
Where can I get support?

What if I run into bugs or issues?

Do you promote my products if I sell on MercGen?
We promote selected products through email lists, Skool groups, and social media. Featured listings get extra exposure.

Is my payment data secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through secure third-party processors like Stripe. We don’t store any card information.
